The room is really noisy, esp the Thai style suites. It’s located right next to the pool when other guests would party late at night and start using it early in the morning. The customer service is far from being professional as it would take them multiple calls within a full hour to take care of the noises at midnight. You wouldn’t be able to sleep until late and get woken up really early. Not worth the price for both the room and the service.

This is definitely not a 5-star hotel. But nor is it priced like one. I would say it’s closer to 3.5-4. It tries to have a wide spread of mostly Thai-style dishes for breakfast. And the design can be interesting for some. The beach is also nice and quiet. However I had an issue with my room as it smelled moldy as if the air conditioning had not been cleaned. Thankfully it was winter temperature so I was able to turn it off and air out the room, which helped. Also, the walls are quite thin so I kept getting woken up in the night with doors banging and screaming in the halls. Overall, not a very peaceful sleep.

Great quiet hotel with a small strip of private beach and nice swimming pool. The fitness room had a great machine but missing free weights.

Warning this is NOT a five star resort, it is three star at best. We checked in and went to our room to find our bed covered with long dark hairs, we had the bed changed. We were told breakfast was 6am-10.30am. We arrived to eat breakfast at 9am and all the food warmers had been turned off!!!!!! Cold beans, cold eggs, cold sausages and so on. My son arrived at 9.30am and wanted Thai noodles, all gone! We were told the greedy Chinese ate them all!!!!!!! Make some more then.... Finally 90% of the staff were unfriendly.

The location of the hotel is nice it is directly at a quiet nice beach. However, the room is small and there is not a lot of option for the room size because the hotel size is also small. The breakfast options are limited but I love how they mainly focus on Thai food accordingly to the hotel design. The food was not the best and I found the service quite rude when people were ordering omelettes and fried eggs. There were a lot of flies in the dining area as well. The food at the restaurant nearest to the sea was also not good, not very well seasoned.

the rokm is a little bit small. i can accept it a broad mind. and my friend who stayed there with me wanted to smoke . he couldnt find smoking area sign exactly. and had badcexperience there...hmm anyway my point is dont smoke that place.. be careful..

Entered our room to find about 10 long hairs all over our bed. Went down for breakfast at 9am and all the food warmers had been turned off. 90% of staff miserable. This is not a five star hotel it is a three star hotel.

Service would be 5 star if not for the additional random tourists everyday!!!!!! This one is really hard. Basically, every night or almost every evening they shuttle in a bus of Chinese tourists who think it is their owm personal reort for the night. So they tend to be loud, demading of the staff and seem incapable of giving compliments to those who are trying soooooo hard to serve them. I just went to bed or walked on the beach. But i guess that is part of their business plan. The only problem i have is they dont tell the other paying guests that almost every night u r going to be run over by a bus load of tourists. But check out the pics, maybe y will find it worth it.
